Ingredients (for 4 wraps):

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (grilled, rotisserie, or pan-cooked)

1 cup shredded lettuce (Romaine or iceberg)

1 medium carrot, shredded or julienned

½ cup cucumber, thinly sliced or julienned

½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese (optional)

Mix Chicken & Sauce:
In a bowl, toss the cooked chicken with the sweet chili sauce until well coated. Season with a little salt and pepper if needed. -
Prep Veggies:
Shred the lettuce, carrots, slice cucumber, chop cilantro and green onions. -
Assemble Wraps:
Lay out each tortilla. Divide the sauced chicken evenly among the wraps, placing it in the center. Top with lettuce, carrots, cucumber, cilantro, green onions, and cheese (if using). Squeeze lime juice over the filling for a bright touch. -
Wrap It Up:
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll tightly from the bottom up. -
