Shrimp & Crab Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups

Ingredients:
– 9 lasagna noodles
– 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
– 1 cup crab meat, shredded
– 2 cups Alfredo sauce
– 1 cup ricotta cheese
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
– Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
– Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
– In a bowl, mix the shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
– Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
– Take a noodle and spread the seafood mixture over it, then roll it up tightly.
– Place the roll-up seam side down in the baking dish. Repeat with remaining noodles.
– Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
– Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
– Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
– Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
