Pecan Pie Crescent Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough (usually 8 rolls)

  • ½ cup chopped pecans

  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons corn syrup or honey (optional, for that sticky pecan pie feel)


🧑‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Prepare Filling:

  • In a small bowl, mix chopped pecans, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon (if using), and corn syrup/honey (if using) until combined.

3. Assemble Rolls:

  • Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.

  • Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the pecan mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.

  • Carefully roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end, toward the point.

  • Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, point side down.

4. Bake:

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

5. Optional Glaze:

  • Drizzle with a simple glaze made from powdered sugar and a little milk or cream for extra sweetness.


🍽️ Serve:

  • Warm or at room temperature.

  • Perfect with coffee, tea, or dessert!
