½ cup brown sugar, packed

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

2 tablespoons corn syrup or honey (optional, for that sticky pecan pie feel)

1. Preheat Oven:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Prepare Filling:

In a small bowl, mix chopped pecans, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon (if using), and corn syrup/honey (if using) until combined.
3. Assemble Rolls:

Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.

Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the pecan mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.

Carefully roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end, toward the point.
