Peach Berry Fruit Salad

3 ripe peaches, sliced or diced (leave skins on or peel โ your choice)

1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup blueberries

1 cup blackberries
-
1 cup raspberries (add gently at the end to avoid crushing)

Optional: 1โ2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
For the Citrus-Honey Glaze:

2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan)

1 tbsp fresh lime juice or lemon juice

1 tsp lime or lemon zest

Make the glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, citrus juice, and zest until smooth. -
Prep the fruit:

Wash and dry all berries gently.

Slice or dice peaches.

Place all fruit (except raspberries) in a large serving bowl.

Toss gently:

Pour the glaze over the fruit and toss carefully to coat.

Fold in raspberries and mint last to keep them intact.
