Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. -
Prepare Cabbage:
Remove any loose outer leaves. Slice the cabbage into ¾-inch thick “steaks” (round slices). -
Make Garlic Oil:
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika (if using), salt, and pepper. -
Brush Cabbage:
Place cabbage steaks on the baking sheet. Brush both sides generously with the garlic oil mixture. -
Roast:
Roast in the oven for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until edges are crispy and browned. -
Garnish & Serve:
