Garlic Parmesan Bread Bites

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough or biscuit dough (or 1 lb homemade pizza dough)

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus more for topping)

  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

  • Optional dipping sauce: marinara, ranch, or garlic butter


👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Prepare the dough:

  • Roll out the dough and cut into small bite-sized pieces (about 1-inch).

  • Place the pieces on the prepared baking sheet, spaced slightly apart.

3. Make the garlic butter:

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and Parmesan cheese.

  • Spoon or brush about half of this mixture over the dough pieces.

4. Bake:

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.

5. Finish & serve:

  • Immediately brush with the remaining garlic butter mixture.

  • Sprinkle with extra Parmesan and chopped parsley if desired.

  • Serve warm with marinara or your favorite dip.


🔁 Optional Add-Ins:

  • Add mozzarella cheese chunks to the dough pieces for a cheesy center.

  • Sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes for a little heat.

  • Use garlic salt instead of fresh garlic for extra punch.
