Creamy Italian Sausage Tortellini

Ingredients

1 lb Italian sausage
1 chopped onion
1 tbsp minced garlic
15 oz Rao’s Alfredo sauce
15 oz Rao’s Marinara sauce
19 oz frozen cheese tortellini
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Parsley flakes

Steps

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add Italian sausage and chopped onion, cooking until the meat is browned. Drain the grease.

Reduce heat to medium-low. Add minced garlic, Alfredo sauce, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir everything well to combine.

Stir in the frozen cheese tortellini, ensuring it is well coated with the sauce. Cover with a lid and cook for a few minutes or until the tortellini is tender.

Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and place in a 400°F oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese, or let it sit covered on the stove until the cheese is melted.

Garnish with dried parsley flakes and serve warm.
