Ingredients:

8 oz egg noodles or your favorite pasta

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (rotisserie chicken works great!)

4 tbsp unsalted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup chicken broth or pasta cooking water

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)
👨🍳 Instructions:
1. Cook the noodles:

Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain, reserving ½ cup pasta water if you like.
2. Sauté garlic:

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.

Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute), careful not to burn.
3. Add chicken and broth:

Stir in shredded chicken and chicken broth or reserved pasta water.

Cook for 2–3 minutes to warm through and blend flavors.
4. Combine with noodles:

Add drained noodles to the skillet. Toss well to coat with butter and chicken.

Stir in Parmesan if using.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve:

Garnish with fresh parsley or chives and serve warm.
🔁 Variations:

Add steamed broccoli or peas for some greens.
