Ingredients (makes about 8 sliders):
For the chicken:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into small pieces

1 cup buttermilk

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

Oil, for frying (can also bake or air fry)
For the Bang Bang sauce:

½ cup mayonnaise

3 tbsp sweet chili sauce

1–2 tbsp sriracha (adjust heat to taste)

1 tsp honey or sugar
-
1 tsp lime juice (optional, for brightness)
To assemble:

Slider buns or small sandwich rolls

Shredded lettuce or cabbage
-
Pickles or sliced cucumbers (optional)
👨🍳 Instructions:
1. Marinate & bread the chicken:

Soak chicken pieces in buttermilk for 15–30 minutes.

In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Dredge marinated chicken pieces in the flour mixture until coated.
2. Cook the chicken:

Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C).

Fry chicken pieces in batches until golden and cooked through (about 4–5 minutes). Drain on paper towels.

Alternatively, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes or air fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway.
3. Make the Bang Bang sauce:

Whisk mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
4. Assemble the sliders:

Spread sauce on bottom buns.

Top with fried chicken pieces, more sauce, shredded lettuce or cabbage, and pickles if using.

Close with top buns.
