4-Ingredient Lemon Cream Cheese Dump Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake mix (about 15.25 oz)

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained

  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted


🧑‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  2. Layer Ingredients:
    Spread the softened cream cheese evenly on the bottom of the baking dish.

  3. Add Pineapple:
    Pour the crushed pineapple (with juice) over the cream cheese layer.

  4. Add Cake Mix:
    Sprinkle the dry lemon cake mix evenly over the pineapple layer. Do not mix.

  5. Pour Butter:
    Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the top.

  6. Bake:
    Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  7. Cool & Serve:
    Let cool slightly before serving. Optionally, top with whipped cream or a dusting of powdered sugar.
