Instructions

Preheat your oven to **400°F (200°C)** and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the **crumbled sausage**, **pepperoni slices**, **bell pepper**, **red onion**, **mozzarella cheese**, **Parmesan cheese**, **Italian seasoning**, **salt**, and **pepper**. Mix well.

On a floured surface, roll out the **pizza dough** into a large rectangle (about **12×16 inches**).

Spread the filling mixture evenly over the dough, leaving about an inch of space around the edges.

Starting from one end, carefully **roll the dough** into a log shape. Pinch the seams to seal and tuck the ends under to prevent the filling from spilling out.

Place the rolled bread seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. **Brush** the top with **olive oil**.

Bake in the preheated oven for **20-25 minutes**, or until golden brown.

Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into pieces.

Serve warm with **marinara sauce** for dipping, if desired.
